Windproof shutter door is a multi-joint moving slat connected tightly with each other in series, it rolls up and down with the top shaft in a fixed slide. The shutter door acts as horizontally separation as the wall. It consists of 13 parts,such as shutter panel,guide rail,support,shaft,cover, control system,door winder,limiter,manual switch setting,button switch safety device and so on.And it is generally installed in places where wall separation is inconvenient.
Feature
1.The windproof rail in the wind resistant rolling shutter door is installed on both sides of the doorway. The shutter is inserted between the two rails, and the transmission shaft is mounted above the wall of door.
2.A safety anti-collision device can be set at the bottom of the door(optional).When closing the door, it stops quickly to ensure the safety and exit of people and things if it approaches an obstacle, and the remote control and light control are optional. The door can be installed indoors or outdoors.
The door has super strong steel property and strong wind resistance. It is especially suitable for large-span, large area and high standard large workshop and storehouse.
Structural design
1. The beam tube is calculated according to the "Architectural structure load standards".
2. The lateral rail is fixed on both sides of the door wall, and the transmission device is fixed on the upper beam of the doorway.
